Privacy policy
Last updated: 25 September 2026
Nox outdoor kitchens is a brand of REALE PATRIMOINE, a company headquartered in Eyragues (Bouches-du-Rhône, France). We are the controller of the personal data collected on this site and through our contact channels. This page explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to exercise your rights. This English version is provided for convenience: the French version prevails.
1. Data controller
SARL REALE PATRIMOINE (Nox outdoor kitchens)227 avenue Henri Barbusse, 13630 Eyragues, France · SIRET 812 842 565 00028
Email: commercial@rpoutdoorliving.com · Phone: +33 4 75 93 64 41
2. The data we collect
- Site forms (quote request, discovery call booking, catalogue download, installation slot opening alert): name, phone number, email, postcode or address, description of your project, intended budget, and your consent to be contacted when you tick the box provided.
- Consent to be contacted: our forms ask you, with a tick box, whether you agree that Nox outdoor kitchens may contact you by phone about your project; answering "Yes, I would like to be called back by a project manager" to one of our emails also counts as consent to be called back. We keep proof of each consent and each withdrawal in a dedicated register: the exact text displayed and its version, the date and time it was received (our server's timestamp), the form or page used, the email and phone number given, your browser and a pseudonymised fingerprint of your IP address (computed with a salted SHA-256 hash: the address itself is not kept). You can withdraw this consent at any time (section 9).
- Appointment booking: when you book a slot, your name, email, phone number and chosen time are recorded in our management area and in your project manager's calendar (Google Calendar).
- Phone calls and text messages: when you speak with our team by phone, the call may be recorded by our business telephony provider, then transcribed and summarised by artificial intelligence to follow up your project and for the quality of our service. You can object by telling the person you are speaking with at the start of the call. We also keep the date, duration and outcome of calls, and the text messages exchanged with our line.
- Video meetings: our discovery and quote presentation meetings may be recorded and transcribed, with your consent requested at the start of the meeting; you can refuse, and the meeting goes ahead in the same way.
- Site assistant: when you write to the site's automated assistant, your messages, its replies, the pages from which you use it, your browser and a pseudonymised fingerprint of your IP address are recorded (section 5).
- Instagram and Facebook messages: when you write to our page or comment on a post, we receive through the Meta platform your public name, your account identifier and the content of your message or comment.
- WhatsApp messages: when you write to us on WhatsApp, we receive through the Meta platform your phone number, your profile name and the content of your messages.
- Tracking of our emails and your project page: our sending tools measure the opening of our emails and clicks on their links, and our management area records visits to your project page and your online quote. Clicks and visits are linked to your file so that your project manager calls you back at the right time (section 3).
- Contractual documents: if you order a kitchen, we keep your quote, your electronically signed order form (one-time code received by email or text message, IP address, browser, timestamp and fingerprint of the signed document), your invoices and the handover report with its photos.
- Browsing data and audience measurement: pages viewed and the origin of your visit (for example a Meta or Google advert), through cookies set only after your consent (Consent Mode).
3. Why we use it
- To answer your requests, prepare a quote and organise an appointment.
- To follow up your outdoor kitchen project commercially, then its order, delivery and installation.
- To call you back at the right time: a new request, a click in one of our emails, a visit to your project page or your online quote, a booking or signature started, or a call or text message from you tell your project manager that a call is expected and help them order their call-backs. No decision about you is made automatically: a member of the team chooses to call you.
- To answer your questions through the site assistant and pass your contact request on to a project manager.
- To send you Nox outdoor kitchens news and offers by email; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of our emails. The automatic text messages we send are follow-up messages (acknowledgement of your request, confirmation, reminder or rescheduling of an appointment, signature code).
- To measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns and improve the site.
We only call you about your project if you have asked us for a quote, a call-back or an appointment, if you have ticked the consent box, or to follow up a quote or order in progress. The consent box covers this call-back by phone. Our text messages, WhatsApp messages and follow-up emails answer a request from you (acknowledgement, confirmation, reminder or rescheduling of an appointment, reply to your message) or accompany the follow-up of your project (quote, order, signature code); our news and offers emails stop with the unsubscribe link. If you have only requested our catalogue without ticking the box, we do not call you; if you withdraw your consent, we stop calling you (section 9).
Legal basis: your consent (forms, consent to be contacted by phone, cookies, contact via Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp), the performance of the contract or pre-contractual measures (quote, order) and our legitimate interest in answering the people who contact us, presenting our kitchens to them and organising our call-backs (tracking of clicks and project page visits, which you can object to). We never sell your data.
4. Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp messages
We use Meta's business tools to receive and handle the private messages and comments sent to our Nox outdoor kitchens pages, and the WhatsApp messages you send us. These exchanges are recorded in our internal customer relationship tool so that a team member can answer you and follow up your request. A first automatic reply may be sent to guide you; a team member then takes over. We only write to you on WhatsApp in reply to your message, following a request from you (quote, call-back, appointment, dealer application) or to follow up your project. These exchanges are handled with the same safeguards as requests received through forms, and deleted under the same conditions.
5. The site assistant
The site offers an automated assistant, based on artificial intelligence, which answers your questions about our kitchens, our installation slots and the way we work. It presents itself as such: it is not a person, and its answers are neither a quote nor a commitment; only the quote provided by your project manager is binding.
Your messages and its replies are processed by Anthropic, which provides the artificial intelligence model and acts on our behalf. They are recorded in our management area, with the pages from which you use the assistant, your browser and a pseudonymised fingerprint of your IP address, to answer you, prevent abuse and improve the assistant. Do not share sensitive data with it (health, bank details).
If you ask to be contacted and leave your details by ticking the consent box, the conversation is attached to your request and a project manager takes over. A conversation that did not lead to a contact request is automatically deleted 12 months after its last message.
6. Who has access to your data
The Nox outdoor kitchens team, and the technical service providers that process your data on our behalf and on our instructions:
- Netlify (hosting of the site and of our management area)
- Supabase (database and files of our management area, hosted in the European Union)
- Brevo and Resend (sending our follow-up emails and text messages, measuring opens and clicks)
- Google (project managers' calendars and email, audience measurement with Analytics)
- Meta (Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp messaging)
- Our business telephony provider (our team's calls and text messages, call recording), OpenAI (transcription of recorded calls) and Anthropic (call summaries and site assistant)
- Fathom (recording and transcription of video meetings)
- Our chartered accountant and our invoicing software, for accounting documents
With your consent (cookie banner), Meta and Google Ads also receive browsing data linked to our adverts; they process it on their own behalf, as joint or independent controllers, under their own privacy policies.
Some of these providers are established in the United States: transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by their certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
7. Retention periods
- Requests and commercial exchanges (forms, messages, summaries of calls and meetings, assistant conversations attached to a request, clicks and visits linked to your file): 3 years after the last contact.
- Conversations with the site assistant that did not lead to a contact request: 12 months after their last message, then automatic deletion.
- Proof of your consent to be contacted and of its withdrawal: for as long as we are in contact, then 5 years, so that we can demonstrate your consent; a proof is never modified and cannot be erased less than 5 years after it was recorded.
- Audio or video recordings and full transcripts of calls and meetings: 6 months.
- Contractual documents and invoices: the legal periods in force (10 years for accounting records).
- Audience measurement data: 13 months maximum.
8. Security
Your data is stored on protected services (encrypted exchanges, access restricted to the team members who need it, account authentication). We regularly back up our management area and will inform you, under the conditions provided for by the GDPR, of any data breach likely to expose you to a high risk.
9. Your rights and the deletion of your data
You may at any time request access to, rectification, portability or erasure of your data, or object to its processing. To do so, write to us at commercial@rpoutdoorliving.com, stating your name and the channel used (site, phone, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp). A request sent to info@rpoutdoorliving.com is handled in the same way. We process each request within 30 days.
You can also withdraw your consent to be contacted at any time, or object to the tracking of clicks and project page visits: write to us at contact@noxoutdoorkitchens.com (or commercial@rpoutdoorliving.com), simply reply to one of our emails, or tell your project manager: the team then records the withdrawal. If you answer "No, I no longer have a project" to our email asking whether your project is still on and tick "Stop receiving emails from Nox outdoor kitchens", the withdrawal of your consent and your unsubscription are recorded automatically.
The withdrawal is dated by our server and added to our consent register, which thus keeps a record of both the consent and its withdrawal. We then stop approaching you by phone, text message or WhatsApp about your project; only messages linked to an appointment, a quote or an order in progress remain. For our emails, the unsubscribe link at the bottom of our messages is enough: it stops our emails and also takes your file off our call list.
Proof of your consent and of its withdrawal is kept for the period given in section 7, including after a request to erase your other data, so that we can demonstrate your choice.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (cnil.fr).
10. Cookies
The site uses cookies to measure its audience and the effectiveness of our campaigns (Google, Meta). They are only set with your consent, given or refused from the banner displayed on your first visit; the site works in the same way without them.
The site assistant sets no cookie. It only keeps, in your browser's session storage (erased when the tab is closed), your conversation identifier, the conversation thread displayed and its state (assistant active or not, contact request already sent). These are strictly necessary for it to work and are used neither for audience measurement nor for advertising.
11. Changes to this policy
We update this page when our tools or the regulations change; the date at the top of the page shows the latest version. We invite you to consult it regularly.
