That area's database and the files sent to it are stored with Supabase, in the European Union (Ireland). Requests sent through the site's forms are handled as described in our privacy policy.

3. Terms of use

The noxoutdoorkitchens.com site is operated in accordance with French law. By browsing it, you acknowledge that you have read and accept these terms. REALE PATRIMOINE may amend them at any time; the online version prevails. REALE PATRIMOINE cannot be held liable for any misuse of the site or its content.

4. Content and liability

The information published is as accurate as possible and regularly updated; it may nevertheless contain inaccuracies or omissions. If you notice one, report it to commercial@rpoutdoorliving.com, describing the page concerned, and we will correct it promptly.

• The photos and films shown are not contractual: each kitchen is configured with you and described precisely in your quote.
• The prices shown are indicative and include all taxes (French VAT); only the signed quote binds REALE PATRIMOINE.
• Documents offered for download (catalogue, guides) are downloaded at the user's sole responsibility; REALE PATRIMOINE is not liable for any damage or data loss resulting from a download.
• Links to other sites (social networks, YouTube, partners, dealers) are provided for information; REALE PATRIMOINE does not control these sites and is not responsible for their content or availability.

5. Intellectual property

The entire site (texts, photos, films, graphics, logos, kitchen drawings, configurator, layout) is the exclusive property of REALE PATRIMOINE, except for the trademarks, logos and content belonging to its partners, dealers or the creators mentioned, which remain the property of their owners.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, adaptation or distribution, even partial, of these elements without the prior written consent of REALE PATRIMOINE is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code. REALE PATRIMOINE also holds the database producer rights provided for in Book III, Title IV, of the same code.

Failing an amicable settlement, disputes between professionals fall within the jurisdiction of the courts of REALE PATRIMOINE's registered office; consumers retain the courts and remedies provided for by the French Consumer Code.
